Shaking Medicine Instagram CRM AI Claude Refinements Categories: For all categories instead of having the messages disappear when we click them, just mark it as done (with a green check mark) like some of the categories are doing. This is so that if we need to come back after looking at their message and/or profile we can easily click other buttons or put them in a category, etc. and can easily find them. In Engagers, the ‘All’ & ‘Sent’ filter appears the same. When I send messages it doesn’t mark them as sent properly with the green check, so that I can distinguish the ones I”ve done and not done. This does seem to be working in the ‘New Followers’ Category however. Have the ‘show welcome templates’ open by default, not closed Filters: These subtabs don’t seem to be filtering properly: ‘NEEDS REPLY’ , ‘BUMP UP’, ‘ALL;, ‘SENT’. I think simplify the ‘Reply’ & ‘BumpUps’ categories to only have the sub filters ‘All’ & ‘Sent’ just like the ‘New Followers’ and ‘Engagers’ tabs currently have, though in the ‘Bump Ups’ leave the ‘bump stage’ filters. New Followers: UnFollow: Phase 2: Once a month I’d like you to suggest the top 50 profiles I should unfollow. The first month suggest 200. Put in an Unfollow category, that we can go through when we have time. We shouldn’t unfollow people in the crm, teachers, or partners categories. I want to keep the SM followers under about 1k, creating space to follow newer high profile accounts and/or people in our Skool community, SM Teachers, etc. Unfollow priority should be low impact accounts, low activity accounts, low follower accounts, people we’re not interacting with, accounts minimally related to our field, etc. Messages Bump Ups: I think say less ‘circling back on this’ as it sounds a bit AI like. Also, in general don’t ask as the question if they’ve ‘had a chance to explore any Shaking Medicine yet’ unless in our conversation they particularly said they were going to explore Shaking Medicine. Engagers: Phase 2: It would be nice to refine it to all new likes (or comments?) and make it post specific. Perhaps it does this for any post that is engaged with even old ones. We can have a general option for all posts “Hey [name]! 🙂 Thanks for the love on my post. I’m curious what resonated for you?” We should have a list perhaps that we keep in this “Post Messages” H2 where we specify an exact message for an exact post. We can have a unique claude generated one based on the content of the post as well. Post Messages: Messaging Refinement: Phase 2: Ongoing Message Refinement Safety
