Shaking Medicine Instagram CRM AI Claude Refinements Name: Network Audit -> SMIG CRM It’s been going super slow in my browser.I need to figure out why…too many messages perhaps or maybe my snapdragon computer….or many I got flagged for doing too many messages. Categories: Interesting that the ‘Replies’ number goes down as I do them, but not the ‘New Followers’ or ‘Engagers’ category. Let’s make the ‘Exclude button’ match the Archive bucket. Let’s change them both to ‘Archive’ with prayer emoji symbol. I think all the clicking on links should probably behave the same in different categories. Filters: Let’s put the filter options back. I liked being able to sort by high priority, warm, etc. New Followers: It’s changed to opening the messages like the engagers. But the original way was working more efficient, so perhaps we can change it back for this category. These accounts keep showing up in the new followers even though I’ve already messaged them: UnFollow: Once a month I’d like you to suggest the top 50 profiles I should unfollow. The first month suggest 200. Put in an Unfollow category, that we can go through when we have time. We shouldn’t unfollow people in the crm, teachers, or partners categories. I want to keep the SM followers under about 1k, creating space to follow newer high profile accounts and/or people in our Skool community, SM Teachers, etc. Unfollow priority should be low impact accounts, low activity accounts, low follower accounts, people we’re not interacting with, accounts minimally related to our field, etc. Messages For some people when I click on the generated message it’s not marking it as ‘reached out’ and for others it is. Bump Ups: A button to put it in the next bump up category, or reset in the one it is in, in case were not ready yet to send or we need to wait. Perhaps we make it so that it only does bump ups for people who have entered messaging with us or have liked our post, as I feel it’s a bit weird to send bump ups on an initial open message that they didn’t respond to. I don’t know how much I like the ‘just circling back’ in almost every message. 3rd bump up message maybe something as simple as: Hey [name], thought I’d try one more time, how are you doing ? {cool dragon emoji} New Messages straight to -> bu 1 -> bu2 , etc. No auto filtering. If they reply with not a reaction then it puts them back to New messages. People marked as Partners, archive, teachers, crm, etc. It puts them in new messages (without deleting their label) if we have an unread message from them and then after we reply it keeps them in their label without putting them in bump up. Engagers: On mobile, when I click the message it doesn’t open the app to the person / their message thread (but it does when I click open profile with the copied message…confusing), and then the message disappears in the network audit; Furthermore, when I click “sent” the message I just clicked on doesn’t seep to appear It would be nice to refine it to new likes (or comments?) and make it post specific. Perhaps it does this for any post that is engaged with even old ones. Post Messages: Messaging Refinement: *I need to really train this part, as I still have to edit almost every message as it doesn’t sound like me :) Safety I’d like to gently implement little safety mechanisms to not get flagged, because this IG account is one of the most valuable assets to Shaking Medicine!
